You see I eat normal food, in normal portion sizes, and pretty much the same things every day.
I get that it's not glamorous or exciting, but it's what works for me. I'm not saying you have to be boring like me to get results. Besides the big rocks I mentioned in the video, my goal with food is to keep it as simple as possible because #notacook.

I don't want to spend time on Pinterest searching for recipes or menu planning. I just want to eat and be done.
You have to find what works for you, whether that's you becoming a master chef or using all the kitchen and meal hacks you can find.
It's not about what everyone else is doing.
It's about what you are ready, willing, and able to do for YOUR life.
