Let's face it, the fitness space is very noisy and it can be hard to find coaches that don't preach the use of quick fixes, detoxes, cleanses and/or working out for hours every week in order to achieve results.
So I decided to do something to change all that.
Welcome to the first installment of Feature Friday, where I will introduce you to some of my amazing sisters in fitness. The ladies I will feature rise above the fitness industry BS. I am confident that you will find them encouraging and inspirational to your fitness journey.
Today I'm honored to introduce you to Courtney Townley of Grace & Grit. Courtney was inspired to become a coach after watching so many women suffer unnecessarily. Her passion is to help women expand the definition of health and step into the fullness of THAT!
For her the idea of being healthy means doing what you want, feeling how you want to feel and being who you want to be in the world easily and effectively. With her Grace & Grit Signature Program she is helping women discover that health is an evolution NOT a destination.
Her greatest success as a coach is that she has helped women lose over 100lbs but her greatest accomplishment is helping women return home to themselves: physically AND mentally.
So who is Courtney outside of being a fantastic coach? Check out her answers to some of the questions I asked her.
