Where are my coffee lovers at??
It's not a secret that I LOVE my coffee. There was a time when I would drink 2-3 cups at home and then have 1-2 grande mochas from Starbucks all in the same day. 😱
There was also a time in my life that I gave up coffee completely...COLD TURKEY. I'm not even sure why I did it. Oh, I remember now! Because someone told me it was toxic and causing me not to lose those unwanted pounds of fat.
Those same people have since switched their stance. 🙄
Oh my gosh – nutrition and diet info is everywhere ! It's why I was so frustrated when I tried to lose 40lbs and I'm sure you are overwhelmed by it all too.

We all do it. Sometimes the amazing aroma and delicious flavor gets the best of us. Especially if we're a bit on the hungry (or hangry) side.

Thanksgiving dinner anyone?? Sometimes those holiday feasts are just amazing. And I only make stuffing once a year so inevitably I'm a big blob of goo by the time the day is over.
And it's not just the abundance of delicious food but also the people, the decorations, and the ambiance.
