Today I'm honored to introduce you to Sarah Isenberg of Thrive Guide. Sarah was inspired to become a coach by her own journey from overweight kid to fit adult . . . with two cancer diagnoses in between, she "gets" the health and fitness struggle and recognizes the importance of maximizing health. Her passion is to inspire and empower women.
For her the idea of being healthy isn't always going by the "traditional" measures via blood work and fitness benchmarks, but being comfortable in your body and having the ability to do the things you want to do is where it's AT. With her Fitness & lifestyle Coaching for 40+ women Signature Programs she is teaching women to throw perfectionism to the curb and practice self-compassion.

What is your favorite book?
An impossible question for me. I am a life-long reader. Depends on the genre, depends on the day! I do love WWII-era novels and books on nutrition and fitness.

What is your favorite thing to do for a workout?
Kettlebells and spinning.
What is one thing/quirk no one knows about you?
I like to eat popcorn for dinner.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I am a wife, mom, grandma & former professional “diet and exercise hopper" who understands the challenges of being 40lb overweight after having children & the damage repeated sense of failure can cause to your confidence and self-esteem.
