But I'm sure you want to: - Feel really good about yourself and your health - Be able to keep up with your kids - Have more energy - Not stress about clothes shopping - And eat gelato without someone giving you the "a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips" speech And so Ripped by Rycroft was born through my drive to create a space that my past self and those like me would want to be, a place that makes the journey one of hope and success, not of shame and defeat. Like you, I was feeling frustrated, defeated and overwhelmed. I didn’t want to give up and through strength training and breaking out of the dieting cycle I became stronger than ever, both in mind and body. I came to realize that lifting weights will not make women bulky, but complemented with balanced and individually planned nutrition habits, I was able to gain toned muscles and entered the Fitness America Vegas competition three times. This personal journey lit a passion inside of me to help women break free from the diet cycle and understand the benefits of strength training. I never looked back and acquired my Online Trainer Certification, Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach certification, and NASM CPT and FNS qualifications. I have also had the opportunity to be mentored by highly renowned names in the fitness industry (experts in their field): Bret Contreras, “The Glute Guy”, Jordan Syatt, world record holder powerlifter and strength coach, and Jill Coleman, writer, fitness model and business woman. When looking for a personal trainer, you want to make sure they can empathize with your circumstances and understand your mindset. This will ensure you receive the guidance and support you need to push through your limits and believe that you are capable of achieving YOUR dream body and a level of fitness and strength you never thought possible. |

I founded Ripped by Rycroft out of my newly found passion to show other women how it’s possible to make long lasting changes to their lifestyle and feel good in their own skin. Sustainability and balance is key. I will hold your hand through this process to help you create good nutrition habits that are sustainable for a lifetime.
I pride myself in focusing on your individual needs. Based on your current nutrition habits, fitness level, and goals, I will create a plan that is tailor made, fits within your lifestyle and is flexible enough to adapt it to unexpected schedule changes. Enjoying your journey is also a very important part of the big picture; you won’t be able to sustain your fitness routine if you hate every minute of it. Instead, you will receive exercise and workout recommendations that will guarantee you will have fun and enjoy the process.
